Highlights from 2019 ICAN DFW business Banquet
The Igbo Community Association of Nigeria Dallas/Ft Worth annual business banquet was held on Saturday, April 13, 2019 at the Doubletree Hotel by the Galleria, and it was such a wonderful, successful event.
The event, themed “If we build it, they will come” Embrace our destiny, was host to an array of businesses and individuals who are integral parts of our community.
A special thank you to our speakers, Ike Chioke of Afrinvest, Okey N. Okuzu, Instrat Global Health Solutions, Chibuzor Darl Uzu, Managing Director of Crown Realties Plc., Ogechi Ugwulebo, community leader and founder of ANWEP, Dr. Nnaemeka Nweke, former President of YICAN and Chief John Nnia Nwodo, President-general of the Ohanaeze Ndigbo.
Thank you to the planning chairman of the committee, Ugwuaro, Jay Oji and his team for all of their hard work. We are all so proud of you for doing such a great job with the business banquet. Thank you for all of your hard work. The program was terrific and I really enjoyed myself so much.
And a big thank you to the President of ICAN DFW, Chief Atty Eddy Nwokocha, you represent the Igbo Community in Dallas/Ft Worth so well. Please know how much you are appreciated. Many thanks again for your dedication.
