Our Broadcasts
On Saturday July 25, 2015, Ndigbo from all works of life in the Dallas Fort Worth area will gather at Garland Convention Center, to observe the 2015 edition of the Igbo Day ceremony.
Igbo Day is a day set aside by the Igbo tribe of Nigeria residents in the Dallas Fort Worth to reflect on what it means to be of Igbo Ancestry. A day many Igbos remember their past history and experiences; a day of solidarity and love, and a day to give praise and thanks to Chukwu, the Almighty God for all his blessings on our people. Igbo Day has become an excellent opportunity to showcase the rich Igbo cultural heritage passed on to us from our fore fathers.
It is also a day we showcase our Igbo identity by way of our traditional dance, attire, food and culture.
